Rustic Range RV Resort Rules
- RV sites must be kept clean and neat at all times
- No parking on the grass
- All vehicles must be parked on a designated site pad or in a designated parking area
- RV’s must be kept clean in appearance
- Only one RV per site
- Pets are allowed, but must be kept on a leash if outside of the RV, must clean up pets wastes
- No open fires allowed
- Damage to Property: Any damage to property caused intentionally or unintentionally to any property of another will be the sole responsibility of the RV owner, or guest of RV owner, who caused damage
- Termination by Park Owner: To maintain the safety, appearance, and comfort of the park campers, the park owner reserves the right to terminate early the stay of any guest. If terminated early, any amount already paid for days not yet will be refunded.
- First and last months rent will be required for long term renters
- A 30 day notice would be appreciated for renters planning to leave
- RV quiet time between hours of 10pm – 7am
